Inti Creates has announced their next project, the deckbuilder RPG Card-en-Ciel. While they have not provided any release window for it, the game is en route to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Card-en-ciel tells the story of Neon, a gaming detective who must dive into 10 randomized dungeons. Each area is based in a different imaginary game created for the title.
There are over 300 cards to add to your deck, exploiting their powerful abilities to face foes. He can also activate the effects of “Muses’ songs” from special cards. These will add 50 vocal tracks to combats.
Depending on player’s choices, there’ll also be multiple endings to the story according to the company.
