It’s the end of an era for fans of Sumo Digital’s Little Big Planet 3. As of the time of writing, Sony has announced that they are gone for good, with no more access to user created levels or other online content. And this comes after the game’s servers were shut down temporarily due to technical issues back in January.
While you can no longer access any content, anything you’ve downloaded will still be playable, alongside the main game campaign. But other than that it appears the game has reached the end of its life cycle. With no word on a Little Big Planet 4, it is a sad day for fans of the franchise.
