Spike Chunsoft has announced that Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE Plus will come west. The adventure game by the Danganronpa devs will be available on PS5 on October 1, 2024.
Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE is an investigation adventure in which players assume the role of Yuma, a young boy with amnesia. He joins a group of detectives with supernatural powers.
Along with these special detectives and a girl Shinigami, Yuma must explore supernatural realms to solve various mysteries.
The Plus edition will feature up to 4K resolution, improved performance from its Switch counterpart, a gallery mode, and all the DLC content from the original Switch release. Bonus novel ‘How to Be a Master Detective: A Halara Nightmare Case’ will also be part of the pack.
The company has also revealed a Lucid-Noir Limited Edition for PS5, which will include a Shinigami plush, steelbook, physical game and printed novel, soundtrack CD and special outerbox by Rui Komatsuzaki.
