Atlus has shared a new daily demon video for Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance. This time we get a closer look at archangel Michael, a traditional creature in the franchise.
Vengeance is a new version of the latest mainline entry in the turn-based RPG series. Besides coming to PS4 and PS5 for the first time, it adds various elements and tweaks, such as the new “Vengeance” story route.
The player assumes the role of a young boy whose daily life is suddenly changed. Now in another world, he’s an easy prey for demons and ends up fusing with a mysterious individual to survive.
The result is that our protagonist becomes a half-human, half-demon called the Nahobino. Now he’ll have to look for a way back home and will end up figuring more about the truth behind everything.
Michael is a traditional demon in the franchise, with its origins tied to the Bible. The new video shows it using a fire skill with a +5 bonus and a unique light one with other archangels.
Chironnupu should be the next demon in the videos, as it matches the silhouette at the end of the video. This creature was introduced in SMT IV Apocalypse and was part of the original SMT V.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance comes to PS4 and PS5 on June 14, 2024.
