The official Little Nightmares series’ X/Twitter account has announced that Little Nightmares III will have a delay. Bandai Namco and developer Supermassive Games will release it in 2025 instead of 2024.
According to the note to the community, the development will take more time. The delay should give them more time to polish it and ensure quality. Keep in mind this is the first time Supermassive works in the franchise, as Tarsier Studios made the previous ones.
Little Nightmares is a series of puzzle-platforming adventures with horror elements. It started back in 2017 on PlayStation 4.
In the new title, we’ll play as the duo Low and Alone. As they look for a way out of Nowhere, they’ll explore disturbing areas full of perilous delusions. Co-op is one of the new features of the game.
