Dragami has anticipated the release date for Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP. The action game remaster is now coming to PlayStation 5 on September 12, 2024.
The game was originally planned for a worldwide release on September 25. However, people in American and European countries will be able to get it earlier than expected.
Lollipop Chainsaw is a hack-and-slash zombie game that came out on PS3 back in 2012. With the concept of a young cheerleader fighting zombies, the game was a collab between Suda51 and filmmaker James Gunn.
The RePOP edition adds a new RePOP mode with colorful damage effects, and improves resolution and load times. The button response and attack speed are now faster, and the developers improved on other usability elements.
