Square Enix has announced that The Rising, the annual anniversary event for their Final Fantasy XIV Online MMORPG, will be starting soon. The event will run from August 27th, 2024 (next Tuesday!) to September 11, 2024.
In this event, the wandering minstrel is seeking for an adventurer both willing and able to help put the finishing touches to this year’s Rising celebrations. To accept the quest, just talk to him on Limsa Lominsa’s Aftcastle. You must be above Level 15 to accept this quest.
Those who complete the quest can obtain a cute Krile minion and the Rising Table Lamp furniture, as seen below. Certain items available during previous iterations of the event can be obtained via the Rising vendor.

Final Fantasy XIV Online is currently available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. A free trial with no restrictions on play time is available.
