Dangen Entertainment has announced the console release date for Alina of the Arena. The tactical roguelike game is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 digitally on November 23, 2023.
Alina of the Arena tells the story of a gladiator fighting to survive. The gameplay is based on deckbuilding, with cards offering a variety of skills.
As you fight through the randomized levels, you get new cards to customize your deck. New starting builds and unique equipment are unlocked during the runs.
Players must also pay attention to their position in the hex-based arena. it’s possible to use the terrain to your advantage abusing the knowledge of what they’re planning to do next.
