Developer DON’T NOD and publisher Focus Entertainment shared a new trailer for Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. It offers a closer look at the RPG’s gameplay.
The title is an action RPG that tells the story of two ghost hunters. Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith fight together against the perils but they’re also a couple.
During a tough mission, something kills Antea. Now, Red must make choices that will lead him to be loyal to their oath to protect the balance of the living world or trying to bring his love back.
In the new trailer, we get a closer look at the combat and exploration. As Red and Antea, players will get to explore the land of New Eden, making choices along the way that’ll guide them to one of the two endings.
When it comes to combat, the video shows melee and ranged attacks. There are fast and charged attacks, with the latter breaking enemies’ guards but leaving players vulnerable longer.
The video briefly shows that it’s possible to enhance weapons change between Red and Antea. Unlocking new skills will also be an important part of the combat experience.
