Nippon Ichi Software has shared a few tracks of the upcoming BAR Stella Abyss in Japan. Four videos on YouTube highlight some of the productions available in the game’s original soundtrack.
BAR Stella Abyss is a game that mixes tactical RPG with roguelike elements and dungeon exploration. Its gameplay structure bears similarities to the company’s Monster Menu: The Scavenger’s Cookbook.
As a cursed young man, you see yourself going to a special bar every night. At this place, drinks can carry you to other worlds, where you can look for the things you lost to the curse.
Finding new cocktails with special effects and learning more about the other bar customers will be the key to advancing through the challenging “other world” areas.
Check out the four tracks NIS has shared for the game so far:
BAR・STELLA ABYSS (by Kazuya Takasu)
Mana’s dance -battle ver.- (by ZIZZ STUDIO’s Yo Oyama)
List Less Life -battle ver.- (by ZIZZ STUDIO’s xaki)
Gush and Clash (by Kazuya Takasu)
BAR Stella Abyss is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on February 29, 2024 in Japan. An English release has yet to be announced but it’s likely to happen at some point considering NIS America’s localization history.
