Bandai Namco has shared multiple Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream character trailers over the past weeks. With Sinon’s video just yesterday, there are currently over 15 revealed options.
Fractured Daydream is the newest entry in the franchise, featuring 21 characters from different arcs. The action game by Dimps focuses on online co-op, allowing for raid battles with up to 20 people.
The game takes place in ALfheim Online, as the new system Galaxia goes haywire. It starts bringing players from the past, creating an impossible scenario. Now Kirito and his friends must fight to return to normalcy.
In the various character trailers, we got a closer look at the playable options for Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream. They can be fighters, tanks, rogues, mages, rangers, or support options.
Fighters are versatile attackers with various skills. Tanks should be on the frontline drawing damage to them. Rogues are fast and their attacks can distract enemies from other members.
Meanwhile, mages can support allies by causing anomalies in the battlefield. Rangers attack from afar, and Support focuses on healing and buffs.
