Publisher Sony and developer Firewalk Studios have shared more information on Concord during the State of Play. One of the reveals is that the new shooter is coming to PlayStation 5 on August 23, 2024.
Concord is a sci-fi PVP multiplayer shooter that the companies announced back in 2023. Battles revolve around teams of 5 people and it’ll have a big focus on character skills.
In the game, we control a group of mercenaries known in the game’s galaxy as Freegunners. As they roam across various worlds, they face strong competition from other teams.
Players may test it early as the companies plan to release a beta before the full release. They have not revealed a release date for this early test.
