MAGES. has shared new screenshots for Corpse Party II: Darkness Distortion. They show a bit of the game dialogues in Japanese with an emphasis on the main trio.
Corpse Party II: Darkness Distortion is the newest entry in the horror series by writer Makoto Kedouin. The new PlayStation 4 game expands the story beyond the original Heavenly Host curse.
This time we have three students from Aomine Academy going to an abandoned hospital. In order to increase Nemu’s views, the trio investigates the mysterious urban legend Ayame’s Mercy.
The main characters revealed so far include Haruka Nanami (voice: Kana Ichinose), Nemu Takanashi (voice: Rie Takahashi), and Maria Hitsugi (voice: Emiri Suyama). All of them study on class 1-3.

A promotional trailer for the game featuring an ugly-looking monkey. This “Curious Monkey” object is a mysterious in-game item and likely one that will be part of the misfortunes in the upcoming game.
While the news come from the Japanese team, publisher XSEED has already confirmed the English release.
