Bandai Namco has announced a new DLC for Dragon Ball Z Kakarot. Titled Goku’s Next Journey, the new content will add the story of Goku’s fight against Uub and it’s coming on February 2024.
Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is an action RPG developed by CyberConnect2. The game covers a lengthy portion of the Dragon Ball story and aims to replicate living in the world of the classic manga and anime.
Iconic events of the series as well as some more obscure ones get another chance to shine through a dynamic immersive experience. Besides Goku, it’s possible to unlock and play as Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Future Trunks, Gotenks, and Vegito.
Since the game’s release on PS4 in 2020 (with a PS5 edition available since 2023), the RPG has received two DLC campaigns.
This time, we’ll get to see Goku face the most powerful earthling, Uub, a reincarnation of Kid Buu. This is one of the final events of the original Dragon Ball manga and the DBZ anime.
