SNK has revealed the release date for Fatal Fury City of the Wolves. The game is coming to PlayStation 4 and 5 on April 24, 2025. Alongside the reveal, the company has also shared a new trailer for Mai Shiranui.
Fatal Fury is one of SNK’s classic fighting games. In Japan, it goes by the name Garou, which was also used in the west for the most recent title, Mark of the Wolves, back in 1999.
After 25 years without a new game, the company is bringing back the franchise. City of the Wolves will introduce expressive 3D models akin to the current King of Fighters ones to the franchise.
According to the game’s store page, there’ll be 17 base fighters and 5 DLC ones on Season Pass 1. The Special Edition with Fatal Fury City of the Wolves and Season Pass 1 can be pre-ordered for US$ 59.99 on PS Store.
Mai Shiranui also got a character trailer. She’s a legendary female fighter who’s one of the most popular SNK representatives. As a modern-day kunoichi, she uses the Shiranui-style ninjutsu to punish her opponents in a graceful manner.
