Koei Tecmo has recently released a brand-new Japanese trailer for the upcoming first wave of the downloadable content for their Fate/Samurai game. The new trailer showcases the new Servant, Ibuki-Douji and the boss, who will accompany you as Rogue Servants in the main story of the DLC.
Fate/Samurai Remnant is an action RPG based on the popular IP Fate. Despite also being part of the same universe, it tells an original story that doesn’t depend on knowledge of the rest of the series.
The game follows the story of the Waxing Moon Ritual, an alternate version of the Holy Grail War. In it, masters and servants fight for the chance of having a wish granted.
The main character, Miyamoto Iori, is a ronin who ends up joining the fight alongside a Saber servant. However, players will also get a chance to play with the other members of the cast during specific segments.
