Today, Square Enix announced that their 4v4 online shooter will be holding its second season entitled Groovy Disco, which will begin on March 9, and will last until April 13.
This season will feature Coiff Guy, the latest Foamstar that was teased in the short FriYaY event. Players will be able to obtain Coiff Guy by reaching rank 31 in the regular battle pass or obtain him immediately upon purchasing the $5,99 premium battle pass.
This season will also add new single player story content adding missions 4 through 6for each individual Foamstar, allowing players to learn more about their favorite character while getting to fight the new boss, Dark Ramzey.
Furthermore, the Lonestar solo rank event will begin on March 12 and will last until the 29th, so players will need to reach the top rank before then. Tribe Vibe the party the group ranked event will begin on April 5 and will last only 3 three days.
Extreme Party will let players take on each other in one-on-one duels or partcipate in the all Coiff Guy party, where players will complete as Coiff Guy to come out on top. The All Coiff Guy Party will run from March 23 to March 24, while the Super Duel Party will run from March 30 to March 31.
And finally, the Happy FriYaY Party will return, letting players test out the next Foamstar before release. FriYaY will be split into two parts: the first will run from March 14 to March 17, and the second half will run from April 4 to April 6.
