Mark your calendars Call of Duty fans as Modern Warfare 3 is holding a double XP event that will last for an entire week. Beginning November 22 until November 27 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, players can get twice the normal XP just by playing the game.
For players who will take part in the event, it means that they can get double the rate of XP for their regular player progression, battle pass XP, and weapon XP. But while Modern Warfare 3 is still set to get its first season, any progress made during the double XP week will count with Modern Warfare 2’s Season 6 instead. This essentially will give the players a good opportunity to unlock the game’s tiered rewards faster than usual.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 is still dead set for an early December launch. But when it debuts, the game is expected to receive a slew of additional content, including updates to Zombies mode, a new seasonal battle pass, the Urzikstan map in Warzone, some additional multiplayer maps, and a new seasonal battle pass.
