Level-5 has shared a new video tutorial for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road. It showcases many of the game’s systems for players interested in checking the beta test.
While the game’s beta test is currently available only on Nintendo Switch, the demonstration will come to PlayStation 4 and 5 later. The company will reveal the proper date later.
Inazuma Eleven is a multimedia franchise that includes anime, manga and soccer RPGs. The new title will be the first in the series to be available in multiple systems and will feature cross-save and cross-play.
Victory Road tells the story of Unmei Sasanami, a boy who wanted to leave soccer behind. However, with the help of his friends and his rival Haru Endo, his passion reawakens.
The soccer RPG will include not only single player modes like Story Mode, but also Casual and Ranked Online modes. Over 4,500 playable characters are available in the special Chronicle Mode.
The new video explores some of the many mechanics in matches. As the game is a soccer RPG rather than the usual arcade or simulator experiences, understanding these fundamentals will be necessary to enjoy the experience:
