Publisher Serenity Forge and developer Moonana have announced the release date for Keylocker. The rhythm RPG is coming to PlayStation 5 on September 18, 2024.
Keylocker combines rhythm elements with turn-based combat. The game draws inspiration from classic JRPGs like the Mario & Luigi series and Chrono Trigger.
In the game, we assume the role of B0B0, a songwriter and singer facing a corrupt system. The cyberpunk metropolis of Saturn has banned songs and it’s up to her to rebel against tyranny.
The experience promises no random encounters and real time execution of skills in the middle of turn-based combat. There are also different classes, each of which has different skills and storylines.
