Capcom has announced the release date for Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics. The upcoming collection is coming to PS4 on September 12, 2024.
Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics includes various classics made as collabs between the Japanese developer Capcom and the comics studio Marvel. The full list is as follows:
- X-MEN CHILDREN OF THE ATOM
- MARVEL SUPER HEROES
- X-MEN VS. STREET FIGHTER
- MARVEL SUPER HEROES vs. STREET FIGHTER
- MARVEL vs. CAPCOM CLASH OF SUPER HEROES
- MARVEL vs. CAPCOM 2 New Age of Heroes
- THE PUNISHER
These games often feature characters from X-Men and Street Fighter but also various other IPs from the companies. While most of them are fighting games, The Punisher is a beat’em up.
According to a post on X/Twitter, a physical PlayStation 4 version will also be available. However, it’ll only come out on November 22, 2024.
