ATLUS and developer Studio Zero have just announced that a free demo of Metaphor: ReFantazio is now available through the PlayStation Store, ahead of its October 11, 2024 release.
This free demo allows players to experience some of the early-game narrative, explore social elements and discover the city. And of course, as the demo contains the prologue, you can carry over your save data to the full version.

Coming from the big minds behind Persona 3, 4 and 5, Metaphor is a fantasy RPG. It mixes turn-based, action and life simulation elements to create a unique experience. In the game, players control a young man from the Elda Tribe.
During a dire crisis in the United Kingdom of Euchronia, with the line of royal succession at stake, he’ll have to join a kind of tournament. Archetypes allow characters to summon powerful creatures and exploit enemies’ weaknesses. Every character can use their skills, making it a great way to adjust for combat.
