PlayStation have just revealed a first look at a brand new PS5 controller design inspired by the the robot from Astro’s Playroom and the upcoming Astro Bot game.
In case you missed it May’s State of Play event, Astro Bot was revealed as the next standalone game in Sony’s exclusive platforming series. The announcement captivated fans with its breathtaking visuals and not-so-subtle references to other popular PlayStation franchises like God of War and Uncharted.
The new Astro Bot DualSense controller boasts a sleek white design with the series’ signature blue accents on the handles and buttons, and stylish sci-fi lines are carved into it. Moreover, it even features a pair of playful and recognisable blue Astro Bot eyes on the touchpad.
From August 9th, the Astro Bot DualSense controller will be available for pre-order through PlayStation Direct and select retailers across the world, retailing for £69.99/€79.99/$79.99.
