In a recent article according to Push Square, it is said that 25 games will be leaving the service on May 21st, 2024.
The list contains seven Final Fantasy titles: VII, VIII, IX, X, X-2, XII and XV, and several popular indie games such as My Friend Pedro and The Artful Escape. And indeed, Sony has quietly added a “Last Chance to Play” section featuring those titles.

While we still have a little over a month before these games leave the service, it is certainly a blow to the overall diversity of PS Plus’s catalogue, especially considering that Final Fantasy sits among the Japanese store’s most played titles.
While they can be often found with steep discounts on seasonal sales, it is a shame that we’re losing so many of them.
