Fans of the web-slinging Marvel superhero who are yet to own a PlayStation 5 but are itching to play Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be able to do both, following the announcement of a bundle release from Sony.
The bundle will become available on the same day as the game’s launch. It includes the regular disc version of PlayStation 5 and a voucher to download Spider-Man 2 from the PlayStation Network.
Sony took to X (formerly Twitter) to make the announcement. However, pricing and pre-order details were unavailable at the time of this writing.
For those looking for a special edition bundle involving the upcoming Spider-Man game, there is one launched in September. With a price tag of $599.99 / £569.99, the special console bundle comes with the standard PS5 console, a themed DualSense wireless controller, a digital copy of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and a custom console cover design.
But the special items themselves can be bought separately by anyone not interested in buying the whole package. The Spider-Man 2-themed DualSense wireless controller will sell for $79.99 / £69.99. Meanwhile, the Spider-Man 2 special covers can be purchased for $64.99 / £54.99.
