Publisher Gotcha Gotcha Games has announced that RPG Maker WITH will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The release date is still pending but should happen after April 11, when it comes to Switch.
WITH is the latest edition of the RPG Maker game development software. The franchise has been running for over 30 years, leading to multiple unique titles, including some that are not strictly RPGs.
The RPG Maker series is well-known for its ease of use that makes it simple to approach game dev casually. Compared to previous editions of the software, the developers built WITH for consoles from the get-go.
Besides interface elements meant to make it easier to use on those systems, the game has an Asset Sharing feature so users can create projects together.
