PLAYISM has announced the console release of Rusted Moss. Already available on PC, the metroidvania with a grappling hook will be available on PlayStation 5 in Spring 2024.
Rusted Moss has the player assume the role of Fern, a changeling raised by human parents. As humanity and the fae fight each other, she sees herself facing people she knew to end the Age of Men and restore its righteous next rulers.
With a twin-stick shooter element to the gameplay, players must use their guns to face enemies. However, the main twist of the experience is using the grappling hook in creative ways for traversal.
