Grasshopper Manufacture has recently announced that Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered will be officially releasing for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on October 31, 2024, just in time for Halloween. Pre-orders are currently available at $24.99.
If you’re unaware, Shadows of the Damned was a 2011 action-adventure video game developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Electronic Arts back in the day for the PlayStation 3. It was directed by Massimo Guarini, produced by Shinji Mikami and written by the legendary Suda51.
Players koin the crass Garcia Hotspur and his boney buddy, Johnson, as they traverse the depths of the Underworld to steal back Garcia’s kidnapped lover, Paula, from the clutches of Fleming, the Lord of the Underworld.
In this “Hella Remastered” release, several features have been added, such as a New Game+ mode, 4K resolution support, and additional costumes, the lattermost of which were shown in the latest trailer.
