PQube has announced the release date for Sky Oceans: Wings for Hire. The turn-based RPG is coming to PlayStation 5 on October 10, 2024. The company has also shared a new trailer for it.
Sky Oceans is a new indie title that draws inspirations from classic JRPGs such as Skies of Arcadia. In the game, we play as Glenn Windwalker and have to lead sky pirates in their fight against the Alliance.
Along the way, players can upgrade their airships, and command their squads through strategic dogfights. The main ship, the Nimbus, can also deploy into some combats, with individual battle stations having their own turns.
