Aniplex has shared a new character profile for Tsukihime: A Piece of Blue Glass Moon. This time we get a description of the maid Hisui, one of the most relevant characters in the game.
Tsukihime is a classic visual novel by Japanese writer Kinoko Nasu (Fate/Stay Night). Type-Moon developed the game and released it in 2000 and released A Piece of Blue Glass Moon, a remake for the first part, in 2021.
The game tells the story of a young man called Shiki Tohno. After an accident when he was a kid, he started seeing lines on people, animals, and even objects. By cutting those, he can kill and destroy anything.
With a complicated family life, Shiki lived a while in some other household and now returns to the Tohno mansion. However, supernatural events will leave him unable to just enjoy a normal daily life.
Hisui is Shiki’s personal maid, assigned to him after he came back. She may act like a robot at times, which may seem cold at first, but she devotes herself to the protagonist’s welfare.
She’s twins with Kohaku, the other maid in the Tohno mansion. Her voice actress is Kana Ichinose, whose other works include Fern in the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End and Suletta Mercury in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury.

Tsukihime: A Piece of Blue Glass Moon comes to PlayStation 4 in the west in Summer 2024. The companies have yet to reveal the specific release date.
