Fortunately, Modern Warfare 3 is making that effort more rewarding by giving players the chance to earn Double XP Tokens. As the name implies, Double XP Tokens allow the player to gain twice the rate of XP, thus helping the player power up their preferred weapon faster than usual.
Here are the ways you can get Double XP in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3:
Via Monster Energy Drink Cans
The Call of Duty franchise has an ongoing partnership with the Monster Energy Drink. By buying Modern Warfare-labeled Monster Energy Drink, players can redeem rewards that include a Double XP bonus:
- Reward 1 – Inner Beast Weapon Blueprint + 15 Mins Double XP.
- Reward 2 – The Beast Operator Skin + 15 mins Double XP.
- Reward 3 – Caught in the Crosshairs Weapon Vinyl + 15 mins Double XP.
- Reward 4- Zero Chill Operator Skin + 15 Mins Double XP.
There are three further rewards down the road, although they are not confirmed just yet.
Completing specific campaign missions
Playing specific missions in the single-player campaign can reward Double XP Tokens. More specifically, the following:
- Deep Cover
- Gora Dam
- Oligarch
- Precious Cargo
Once unlocked, the Double XP Tokens can be found in the Double XP menu in Multiplayer, Warzone, and Zombies.
Via the Battle Pass
There are plenty of Double XP Tokens to be gotten in both the free and paid Battle Pass tiers. However, going for the paid route is the guaranteed easy way to get Double XP.
