Electronic Arts has shared the first trailer for the new entry in the Dragon Age series. Previously known as Dreadwolf, Dragon Age: The Veilguard is coming to PlayStation 5 in Fall 2024.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard takes players to the vibrant world of Thedas. As the world is on the brink, we must become a new leader and forge a fellowship with many individuals.
The story revolves around corrupt gods threatening the land. With seven unique companions, it’ll be up to us to deepen our relationships with them. The list includes:
- Harding, the Scout;
- Neve, the Detective;
- Emmrich, the Necromancer;
- Taash, the Dragon Hunter;
- Davrin, the Guardian;
- Bellara, the Veil Jumper; and
- Lucanis, the Mage Killer.

The new trailer also announces that a gameplay video will be available on June 11, 2024. It should give us a much deeper look into what’s in store for the upcoming action RPG.
