Dragon Ball Z Kakarot DLC Goku’s Next Journey Gets New Gameplay Trailer

Bandai Namco has shared a new trailer for Dragon Ball Z Kakarot’s DLC Goku’s Next Journey. This time we get a closer look at the gameplay in this new expansion to the action RPG.

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is an action RPG developed by CyberConnect2 for the PlayStation 4 back in 2020. It also got a port for the PS5 in 2023 and received a few DLCs to expand its content.

The game aims to replicate living in the world of the classic manga and anime by making a bigger-than-life RPG experience. It covers a lengthy portion of the Dragon Ball story, including the Saiyan, Frieza, Cell, and Buu sagas.

Iconic events of the series as well as some more obscure ones get another chance to shine through a dynamic immersive experience. Besides Goku, it’s possible to unlock and play as Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Future Trunks, Gotenks, and Vegito.

In Goku’s Next Journey, we get to see an adaption of the final events of the original Dragon Ball manga and the Dragon Ball Z anime. Goku has to fight Uub in the new DLC, but it’ll also add other elements to the game.

In the new video, we get to see a training session between Goku using a Blue Gi and Goten:

Goku’s Next Journey comes to Dragon Ball Z Kakarot as the third addition of Season Pass 2 this February. Bandai Namco hasn’t provided a release date yet.
