Atlus has shared a new trailer for Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance. Titled The Ultimate Beginning, the video showcases various elements of the RPG.
Vengeance is a new edition for the latest entry in the turn-based RPG franchise. In the series, players must face various demons and make allies with some of those creatures, fusing them to gain even stronger partners.
SMTV tells the story of a young boy who becomes the Nahobino after a supernatural event takes him to the Da’at. In this “other world,” he looks for a way home but will eventually learn a much harsher truth.
The Vengeance version adds a whole new story to the game, further exploring the lore. In the new video, we get to see many events that didn’t happen in the original release and should be part of the brand new storyline.
The video also showcases Taira no Masakado using the skill Recalcitrant Execution+6, the Nahobino’s new form, and asking the Demi-fiend to join the team.
