The latest trailer for SPY x ANYA: Operation Memories just dropped, showcasing the developing title’s cute and fun gameplay elements.
SPY x ANYA: Operation Memories is the Spy x Family franchise’s initial foray into video games. It sees the kid Anya Forger as the protagonist set on the simple premise of fulfilling a school assignment. More specifically, to fill a photo diary based on her cherished moments, involving family and friends.
On the weekdays, players join Anya as she goes through the daily struggles of being a student, giving a view of what life is like for her in a prestigious academic setting. Daytime is a special highlight of the game as players get to explore the game’s unique locale, which includes landmark places such as art museums and sunny beaches. These are also areas of interest for Anya towards completing her photo diary and players play a big role in it by helping her use the camera.
But our tiny protagonist is also a child who has a family to home to, at the end of the day. As such, during the nighttime, players then get to see the happy moments of the Forger family.
With a total of 10 unique places to visit, players share the same memorable experience as the little Anya would do.
SPY x ANYA: Operation Memories will be released on multiple platforms, including the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, in 2024.
