Inti Creates has announced the release date for their upcoming project Umbraclaw. The action platforming game will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on May 30, 2024.
Umbraclaw tells the story of Kuon, a cat who must traverse an underworld called the “Soulplane.” This place is teeming with obstacles and fiends, making surviving a nearly impossible task.
As such, Kuon is likely to die, but every time it happens, she has the chance of using a special skill called Anima Revive. With it, she’ll get helpful skills that will allow her to surpass the challenges.
However, these powers seem to also transform her into something else. With that in mind, multiple endings will be available depending on how the player goes about breaking the cycle and finding a way beyond the Boundary.
