During their Anime Expo 2024 panel, developer NIS America has announced that the western release of the Falcom-developed action RPG Ys X: Nordics will be coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on October 25, 2024.

In Ys X Nordics, players take on the role of young red-haired adventurer Adol ChristinAdol Christin, with our narrative taking place in the northern islands collectively known as Obelia Gulf.
After meeting the proud pirate Karja Balta, they find themselves bound by fate—and the mysterious power of Mana! As they search for a way to undo the mystical ties that bind them, they soon find themselves caught up in a conflict between two factions: the seafaring warriors known as the Normans and the enigmatic and seemingly immortal Griegr.
